Separate environments

Use production keys with the production origin and development keys only with their development environment. Set every required value explicitly. Do not substitute a development endpoint or key when production fails. Keep credentials in server-side secret settings. Frontend clients should call your authenticated application server, which controls the allowed Dreamtune operations. A browser bundle must not contain your workspace key.

Define an operation boundary

Persist a unique request key before each intended paid operation. Save the request input, returned Dreamtune identifier and final state in your application. Do not create a new key for retries of the same uncertain submission. Apply a deadline to waiting, while keeping a recovery path for accepted work. Network failure is not proof of cancellation. Check saved status before deciding whether another operation is necessary.

Bound work and access

Select only required key categories and configure optional cumulative caps. Limit output tokens, local agent rounds, retrieved source sizes and GPU lifetime. A category cap is not a guaranteed hard price ceiling for one call. One active billable operation per workspace can produce a conflict. Coordinate your application’s submissions instead of repeatedly retrying conflicts. Do not run load tests against paid production endpoints without a separate, explicitly bounded plan.

Instrument the user journey

Choose stable application session and end-user labels that avoid unnecessary personal information. Capture consent and retention obligations in your product. Make feedback collection explicit rather than assuming an evaluator knows the user’s opinion. Correlate your application operation with the Dreamtune request ID. Use observability to distinguish admission, provider work, settlement and delivery time. Missing metrics are unavailable, not zero.

Release and recovery

Validate happy paths, bad input, missing scopes, revoked keys, isolated workspaces, idempotent replay, pending/failed work and insufficient credit. Verify text and media output in your actual user interface. Monitor saved outcomes and wallet behavior after release. Have a human recovery path for ambiguous paid work. Stop GPUs explicitly and verify termination. Keep private notebook URLs and captured customer content out of public logs. Review security, limits and reliability before launch. These integration practices are not a certification or uptime guarantee.
